He only watches 2 hours of Television a day and sometimes he doesn't watch any television at all. Well, in our family we don't have "TV" we only have movies. I haven't watched a television program in a really long time, and Everett has never watched one except for videos that we get him, like baby Einstien. I think I watched way too much TV as a child. I am so impatient. I'm getting better, but when Preston and I were first married that's the thing that bugged him the most about me. Now unfortunately I have another addiction that took the place of TV...reading. I love to read. Lately I've been buying all these books, and what should take you a week to read takes me days. Preston say's I have no self control. Anyway, if you want to read a good book read "The Golden Compass". You know the new movie coming out with Nicole Kidman and magical creatures like large polar bears that can talk. Well, it's based off a book and not just one book but a whole series. I'm so excited. Anyway, my comment was much longer that I wanted it to be. With lots of bad spelling.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3002226659498351617.post-21599137792094937932007-08-07T23:35:00.000-05:002007-08-07T23:35:00.000-05:00I meant oldest brother's wife in that last one.I meant oldest brother's wife in that last one.Samhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15911235367899236386noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3002226659498351617.post-4296412076657507932007-08-07T23:33:00.000-05:002007-08-07T23:33:00.000-05:00Since I don't have a blog I've decided to hijack y...Since I don't have a blog I've decided to hijack yours a bit. When we moved to the coast all of Buffy's family said they'd like to visit sometime. But most of it was the vague, "Wow it looks really pretty we'll have to visit." Well since we've decided in recent weeks that it's all but certain we won't live her past next summer I thought I should tell everyone that if they want to come visit they better do it next summer. And I carried it a bit further by even suggesting we have a family reunion. Well I don't just suggest things I become completely consumed by them. So I sent out a three page manifesto suggesting a reunion, giving suggested rules, activities and prices etc. Well Buffy's siblings are pretty terrible communicators. Though I did get two response right away. One from her oldest sister's husband saying they didn't think they could come and one from her oldest brother's sister saying they would definately come. Then I started freaking out because no one else was responding. Well today I ran across an article talking about how Baby Einstien and other educational videos weren't good for kids under age 2 because it stunted their speach development. Then it was talking about TV in general and how it leads to low attention spans. That's when I realized I had only sent the email to my in-laws two days ago, that some of them probably hadn't even read it yet, and that I had definately watched too much television as a child.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3002226659498351617.post-14335832989508723842007-08-07T23:20:00.000-05:002007-08-07T23:20:00.000-05:00Katie, during her freshman year, called Buffy to g...Katie, during her freshman year, called Buffy to get that recipe. Only problem is Buffy doesn't make that she makes a similar but different cheesy chicken bake. She told Katie she knew there was butter in it but didn't know how much. Somehow the two of them came up with an amount. A much too large amount. Katie said when it was done the butter had all pooled at the top and it looked like a "lake of butter."Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3002226659498351617.post-6467759024796489982007-08-07T23:13:00.000-05:002007-08-07T23:13:00.000-05:00I agree. We have stayed friends until recently. She moved to Chatanooga. (And I mean that in the nicest way possible!)

Hey, do you remember whatsherface Danielle from freshman year who seemed to pour on her southern accent whenever any guys were around? I found her to be rather obnoxious. Well it turns out that she and David got to be quite good friends while they worked at the LDS telefund together a couple of years after that. I found a picture of her in his stuff or he got a card from her and I couldn't believe it. Honestly, I questioned his taste in friends for a while after that. Luckily we weren't married yet. Eventually I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt, as we were all freshman and immature and obnoxious in our own ways.mindyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18281399488401861671noreply@blogger.com
